Based on 1 packet of sample, cant really tell the effect. Taste like green tea, not too strong just nice.

Tea taste not bad, not too strong, but only 1 tea bag of sample can't really feel the effect, and the price is kind of expensive.

My mother drinks this very regularly and swears by its effectiveness on helping her feel good. I personally don't mind it though I don't really experience much difference either way. It is rather pricey though.

This Mate tea tastes somewhat medicinal/herbal. It's not a bad thing in itself, but I suppose one try would not be enough to gauge whether the drink is really nice or not. I feel the medicinal qualities of this tea is overhyped though, and doesn't justify the high price tag (I could be wrong though).

A good alternative to green tea. However, I feel that this is rather overpriced. If it is cheaper, I will consider buying it.
