The sample that they provided was a big disappointment. None was in a state for usage. The facial wash and shaving foam was so solidified that they can't be rubbed into a foam for application. A big turn off to purchase the actual product.

When I receive the sample, i was staring blankly at it as the volume in the sample package is too little and hard to feel. Feels like air in the pack. But overall it feels quite refreshing. Sample too little to decide on buying the product.

When I got the product sample for my hubby.. he was giving me this weird look.
2 of the sample felt air in it.
we tried opening it and... booms...!
the solution inside was like the hard effect of cotton candy when licked.
for safety reason.. we throw everything in case the sample passed the expiry date.
